Indoor Portrait

This week we did indoor portraits with monochrome. Ruth in this picture posed just perfectly. The difficulty in taking this picture was that you had to adjust the exposure, f-stop, and the shutter speed. However, when you get the value and light exposure the picture turns out just right. This was a wonderful achievement. :)

Car Assignment

Today our photography class we learned how to do black and white pictures. I learned how to control the f-stop and shutter speed on the camera. The angle in the BMW turned out just perfect. The difficulty in taking this picture was adjusting the ISO and exposure which was a new concept. I liked this picture because had just the right amount of exposure.

Rule of Third

Today we learned how to take a Rule of Third photo. Using this style of composition, I positioned the tree so the picture is asymmetrical balanced. The fence creates a horizontal line and the rough pattern gives the picture a realistic texture.
